Customers in the EU/UK get a 14-day cooling-off right on a first purchase. We also refund duplicate charges, failed generations, and accidental auto-renewals cancelled within 14 days. Full rules on our Refund Policy page.

Email support@instantsubmit.app within 14 days of the charge — as long as you haven't used the annual allowance meaningfully, we'll switch you to monthly and refund the difference. After 14 days the annual plan stays until expiry.

Every charge triggers an automatic receipt emailed by Dodo Payments. You can download past invoices any time from Billing → Manage subscription (opens the Dodo billing portal).

Billing → Manage subscription → Billing portal, then edit your billing name, address, and tax ID. Future invoices use the updated info. If you need a past invoice re-issued with updated details, email support@instantsubmit.app.

Billing → Danger zone → Delete account. This cancels any active subscription, permanently removes your profile, generations, and stored files, and releases your email. Want a copy first? Danger zone → Export my data bundles it as JSON.
